​1. NATURE OF SERVICES

• Recorded digital courses

• Downloadable or streamed educational content

All products and services sold on this Website are digital in nature and delivered electronically.

2. NO CANCELLATION AFTER PURCHASE

Once a course is purchased and access is granted:

• The order cannot be cancelled

• Access cannot be revoked on request

• Course fees are non-transferable

Please ensure you review all course details before making a purchase.

3. REFUND POLICY

a) Recorded Courses: Due to the digital nature of recorded courses and immediate access to content:

• No refunds will be provided once access is granted

b) Live Programs: Refunds for live programs are handled as follows:

• If a refund request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date, it may be considered at our sole discretion

• No refunds will be provided once the live program has started or if the participant fails to attend

4. DUPLICATE PAYMENTS / TECHNICAL ERRORS

In case of:

• Duplicate payment

• Payment deducted but course access not granted due to a technical error

Please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with proof of payment. If verified, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. PAYMENT GATEWAY CHARGES

Any applicable payment gateway or bank charges (if non-reversible) may be deducted from the refund amount, where applicable.

6. REFUND METHOD

Approved refunds (if any) will be processed:

• To the original mode of payment only

• Through the same payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay)

We do not offer cash, cheque, or alternate payment refunds.

7. CHANGE OR CANCELLATION BY US

In rare circumstances, if we cancel or reschedule a live program due to unforeseen reasons:

• Participants may be offered a rescheduled session or

• A partial or full refund, at our discretion

Such decisions will be communicated via email.
